Recipe Ingredients for Brusse lSprout Salad

3 cups brussel sprouts, chopped
3 tbsp+chopped shallot
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
85 g shrimp
3 tbsp Chili Sauce

Recipe Directions for Brusse lSprout Salad

  1. Heat olive oil in a saute pan.

  2. Add shallots and allow to brown slightly

  3. add brussel sprouts, and cook til slightly crisp

  4. Add precooked shrimp that have been minced and heat through.

  5. Remove from heat and add Thai chili sauce stirring throughout.
