The favorite sandwich right now. Not necessary the most diet friendly, but it's my best splurge.

Recipe Ingredients for Brushetta Sandwich

1/2 roll, hard
1 tbsp garlic, minced
0.33 large tomato
0.33 cup spinach
1/5 cucumber
1 slice cheese, marble
1 slice turkey breast, fat free

Recipe Directions for Brushetta Sandwich

  1. Slice the roll in half. On each half, brush on olive oil and garlic.

  2. In a bowl, mix sliced tomatoes with oregano, black pepper, salt, basil and thyme.

  3. Place tomatoes on rolls and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Let the bread cool.

  4. Add turkey breast, cheese, pesto, spinach and cucumber slices on bread to make sandwich.
