This simple and delicious appetizer is a breeze to make and is a hit at most parties. Perfect when the tomatoes and basil are abundant.

Recipe Ingredients for Bruschette

4 roma tomatoes
1 T Extra virgin olive oil
5 Fresh basil Leaves
1 T Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 c Feta Cheese
10 slices Baguette

Recipe Directions for Bruschette

  1. Toast the Baguette slices at 450 degrees until starts to brown

  2. Dice the tomatoes

  3. Chiffinade the basil

  4. Stir together tomatoes, olive oil, basil, and vinger into a bowl

  5. Spoon mixture onto the toasted baguette

  6. Place 4-5 crumbles of feta cheese on top
