Recipe Ingredients for Bruschetta Tomatoes

8 medium raw Tomato Roma , chopped
1/8 Onion Red , diced (2 Tbsp)
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 red (15 g) wine vinegar (15 g) (tbsp)
0.13 cup Fresh Basil leaves, chopped (2 Tbsp)
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Bruschetta Tomatoes

  1. Combine tomatoes, onion, garlic & basil in a medium bowl. Add vinegar, salt, pepper and olive oil; stir to combine.

  2. Cover bowl and let sit in refrigerator for at least an hour. (Do NOT skip this step! Flavors need time to mingle to taste right.)

  3. Serve over paste, chicken, or toasted bread.
