Can use large tomatoes or plum Can use french baguette or italian bread loaf 1-3 cloves of minced garlic verses garlic powder

Recipe Ingredients for Bruschetta

6 plum tomatoes
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp oregano, freshly chopped
1 tsp basil, freshly chopped
2 tsp parsley, freshly chopped
14 oz italian bread, sliced
2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 cloves of minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Bruschetta

  1. Mix all ingredients, allow mixture to sit 10 mins

  2. Place sliced bread in oven to toast 350 degrees, 2-5 mins

  3. Place ingredients on bread

  4. Place in oven to melt cheese, 5-10 mins
