Recipe Ingredients for Bruschetta

4 medium plum tomatoes, diced
4 tbsp olive oil
8 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Bruschetta

  1. Add the diced tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Add the basil and olive oil and chill.

  2. Serve on grilled garlic bread or as a relish.
