3 tbsp basil
1 small onion
4 oz feta cheese
1 tsp garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Bruschetta

  1. Peel tomatoes and remove seeds.

  2. Chop tomatoes, onion and basil

  3. Combine tomatoes, onion, basil, garlic and cheese.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil
