My version of bruschetta for topping toasted bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Bruschetta

5 tomatos
1 cup pine nuts
1/2 small onion
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbs white wine

Recipe Directions for Bruschetta

  1. chop tomatos and de-seed (set aside in a bowl)

  2. in a frying pan put olive oil, pine nuts and chopped onion and head until pine nuts are toasted and onions are transparent.

  3. put the hot mixture directly in with the tomatos. Mix.

  4. Add a splash of white wine and mix again.

  5. Serve on toast. (Toast isn't included in the calorie count)
