1 ounce portabella mushroom
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium tomato, diced
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 lettuce leaf
1/4 cup mozarella

Recipe Directions for Bruschetta Portabello Mushroom

Grease a pan, put the portabella mushroom on it. Add spices. Grill for 15 minutes. Add tomatoes on top and mozarella, cook until cheese melts. Serve with lettuce and a bun.
