A nice fresh alternative to a pasta salad, with all the flavours of Bruschetta.

Recipe Ingredients for Bruschetta Pasta Salad

12 oz Farfalle
15 oz Diced Tomatoes
2 tbsp Olive Oil
6 cloves Garlic
12 leaves Basil, Fresh
2 tbsp Vinegar balsamic
15 oz Pinto Beans

Recipe Directions for Bruschetta Pasta Salad

Finely mince garlic cloves. Chiffonade Basil leaves. Cook pasta al dente (approx. 8 mins). Drain Beans and rinse thoroughly. While pasta is cooking, combine other ingredients in a large bowl and toss. Drain and rinse pasta thoroughly with cold water to stop cooking. Toss pasta with other ingredients. Chill before serving. Serving size should be 1/2 cup.
