Using the toppings for traditional bruschetta and adding shrimp and a lemon juice.

Recipe Ingredients for Bruschetta Pasta

16 oz shrimp
8 oz linguine
3 roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 small onion, diced
1 tbs basil, shredded
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 tbs butter
1 tbs lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Bruschetta Pasta

  1. Mix tomatoes, onion, basil and garlic and refrigerate over night.

  2. Prepare pasta according to package directions.

  3. Saute shrimp with all ingredients except the pasta.

  4. Toss with cooked pasta.
