1 roll 100% Whole Wheat Hoagie Rolls
0.5 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.5 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
3 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.25 serving Dressing
0.5 serving Mayonnaise
16 grams Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese
17 grams Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
0.25 serving romaine and red cabbage lettuce

Recipe Directions for Bruschetta Basil Chicken On Wheat Sub

Cube chicken and cook over med. heat. Add a dash of salt and dried basil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut open sub rolls and lay a layer of chicken on roll and top with cheese. Bake in oven about 15 minutes (or until roll is crisp and cheese is melted). Assemble rest as you wish.
