Recipe Ingredients for Brunswick stew

540 g Turkey meat from carcass of baked Turkey
291 g 1 white onion
188 g 1 yellow pepper
154 g 3 ribs celery
15 g 4-5 cloves garlic
822 g 2 cans tomatos diced no salt added
211 g 1 can of corn drained
240 g 1 can chick peas
480 g 2 cups chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Brunswick stew

  1. brown allt he veggies int eh pot with an EVOO spray

  2. add in franks to tast and a splash of wistichire sauce. salt and pepper.

  3. add in all the canned good the chicken broth and heat it through

  4. serve with a biscut.
