1 cup Mushrooms
1 cup Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
3 cup Onions
3 cup Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 clove Garlic
2 tbs Vegetable Oil, Oat
8 ounce Cream Cheese
1 cup Cream, Fluid, Half And Half
6 Egg, Whole
2 cups Bread, White, Commercially Prepared
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Brunch Strata, zucchini, mushrooms,...

  2. Saute mushrooms, chopped zucchini, cubed ham, chopped onions, chopped green peppers and minced garlic in oil until tender. Drain and pat dry.

  4. Beat cream cheese and cream until smooth. Beat in eggs. Stir in the bread, cheese, salt, pepper, and vegetable mixture.

  6. Pour inot 1 greased 11 in X 7 in X 2 in baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degree F oven for 35-40 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
