1 Pitta Pitta Wholemeal Bread
2 medium Egg, Whole
2 Rasher Bacon
1.5 large Mushrooms
1 Serving Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for brunch pitta

  1. Grill tomatoes, mushrooms and bacon until crispy

  2. Whisk eggs and cook in microwave fgor 1.5 minutes (scramble)

  3. Warm pitta in toaster then split and stuff with bacon, egg, tomatoes and mushroom
