Recipe Ingredients for BRUNCH OMELET

1 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp green onion, chopped
2 oz yellow pepper, chopped
2 oz green pepper, chopped
1 oz mushroom, sliced
1 tbsp water
1 egg
1 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for BRUNCH OMELET

  1. saute garlic in butter

  2. add green onions, yellow & green pepper

  3. add water

  4. add mushrooms & cover with glass lid to monitor cooking

  5. add beaten egg and tilted pan to cover the vegges

  6. cover and watch cooking process

  7. add mozzarella cheese and cover; cook till cheese melted

  8. sprinkle with parmesan cheese, turn off heat

  9. let sit 1 min

  10. plate the omelet and add pepper

  11. enjoy
