Recipe Ingredients for Brunch Egg Bake

12 large eggs
1/3 c. light sour cream
1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. mushrooms
1 onion
8 oz. low fat cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Brunch Egg Bake

Beat eggs with whisk, add sour cream and whisk again. Pour into greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake 10 min. at 400. Cook Sausage (loose without casing), mushrooms (chopped), and onion on medium heat until soft and cooked through. Reduce oven temp to 325 and spoon onto set eggs. Add shredded cheese over this and back for 30 min.
