Egg Substitute, Sausage, Potatoes, with Chili Peppers

Recipe Ingredients for Brunch Casseole

1/2 lb Ground Sausage
2 cups Egg Beaters
2 cups potatoes, Diced
1/2 cup Onions, Chopped
1/4 cup Chili peppers, Chopped
2 tbsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Brunch Casseole

  1. Fry Sausage and Crumble then rmove from skillet

  2. Add olive oil, onions, peppers, and potatoes and cook until about tender usually 8 to 10 minutes

  3. Place all ingredents into an 9x9 baking dish and pour Egg beaters over everything and bake in a pre-heated 400 degree oven 15 minutes.

  4. Let cool 5 minutes before cutting into squares then serve
