Recipe Ingredients for Bruce's Peppers & Rice

1 cup Red Bell Pepper, sliced
1 cup Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced
1 cup Orange Bell Pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Basil
2 cups white rice

Recipe Directions for Bruce's Peppers & Rice

Saute onion and peppers until slightly soft. Add basil and ground pepper to taste. You can add sliced cooked italian sausage or spicy sausage to this and it really tastes great. Serve over white rice.
