Recipe Ingredients for Bruce's meatloaf

7/10 lbs ground pork
4/5 lbs. ground turkey
3/10 cup white rice
1 egg
2 tablespoons barbeque sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pepper
1/2 cup chopped peppers
1 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup scallions

Recipe Directions for Bruce's meatloaf

  1. Mix meat, rice, egg and seasonings.

  2. Place in pan and top with peppers.

  3. Make mashed potatoes with milk and scallions, place on meatloaf.

  4. Bake 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours.
