Recipe Ingredients for Bruce's Dirty Rice

3 oz Chicken Liver
2 cups uncooked parboiled rice
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onion
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups water
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp comino
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Bruce's Dirty Rice

  1. In large skillet, brown liver with onions & bell pepper

  2. Chop, cooked liver into fine particles

  3. add rice and seasonings to skillet

  4. add chicken broth and water to skillet

  5. Cook uncovered over low heat until rice is cooked.
