Each one has 11 grams of protien, made with oat flour and whey

Recipe Ingredients for Brownies wheat free & high protein

3 oz bitterwseet baking chocolate, broken in pcs
1/2 c butter
1/3 c light brown sugar
4 oz chocolate whey protein powder
1/2 c sweet whey
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c rolled oats ground into powder in blender
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Brownies wheat free & high protein

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F, grease brownie pan (10" X 7")

  2. Put broken baking chocolate and butter into a bowl and place over simmering saucepan of hot water, making sure bottom of bowl does not touch the water. Melt then remove from heat.

  3. Stir in sugar, mix well and set aside

  4. Mix together protein powder, whey, cocoa

  5. Mix together oat flour, salt, baking powder, then add to above

  6. Add eggs, applesauce and vanilla

  7. Add melted chocolate stir until well combined

  8. Stir in chocolate chips

  9. Bake for 18-20 mins, remove from oven and allow to cool substantially in pan.

  10. Can be iced with mixture of 2T cocoa, 1/2 c powdered sugar, 1/2 t vanilla and 1T milk. (Calories not included)
