Low fat, high fiber brownies that are easy to make.

Recipe Ingredients for Brownies

15 oz. black beans
1/2 c. agave syrup
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 egg whites
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 T. vanilla
1 t. baking powder

Recipe Directions for Brownies

Rinse and drain the can of black beans. Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly spray a 8x8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a food procesor, mix all brownie ingredients together. Chop on high, until smooth. Clean off sides and blend for another 20 seconds. You may add 6 T. of mini chocolate chips and stir well (however, these are not included in the calorie count). Spread into 8x8 baking dish. Bake ofr 20 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for about 1 hours at room temperature and cut into 16 squares.
