Delicious, chewy, chocolately brownies.

Recipe Ingredients for Brownies

125 g butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
45 g cocoa
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Brownies

  1. Melt butter

  2. Add cocoa and mix

  3. Add sugar and eggs and mix

  4. Sift flour and baking powder into mixture

  5. Stir well

  6. Bake @ 180degC or 350degF for ~20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean

  7. Cool in pan (use a 30cm by 20cm pan)
