First dessert I ever made and have stuck with it all these years!

Recipe Ingredients for Brownies

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup dry cocoa
1 1/2 cup oat flour

Recipe Directions for Brownies

  1. Cream together all ingredients except oat flour until mixed well. Stir in oat flour. Beat as little as possible.

  2. Spread in a 13x9 pan. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
