Adapted from Cooking Light recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Brownies

1 1/4 cups spelt flour
3/4 cups cocoa powder
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cups espresso
1/4 cups dark chocolate
1/4 cups butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cups hazelnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Brownies

Preheat oven to 350. Beat together eggs and sugar. Melt chocolate and butter in microwave for 1 minute on high. Add with coffee and vanilla to egg mixture. Sift together flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add wet to dry. Stir in hazelnuts. Bake 25-30 minutes.
