better with portion control. Original recipe called for 1/3 cup oil which I have replaced with applesauce - might need some oil adding.

Recipe Ingredients for Brownies

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups soy milk
1/3 cup applesauce
1/3 cup walnuts
1/3 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Brownies

Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl sift flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add oil, soy milk, nuts. Stir gently until just mixed. Pour into 8X8 inch pan and cook for 30-35 minutes. (Check by inserting a toothpick).
