15 oz. can black beans
2 bananas
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup quick oats
1/4 cup whole wheat flour

Recipe Directions for Brownies made with black beans and bananas

Put everything except the oats into the Vitamix and mix until smooth. Add in the oats. Pour into an 8" x 8" greased mold and bake for 30 minutes at 8 power in Nuwave.
