'Healthier' brownies with prunes, almonds & Greek yogurt. Still pretty calorific, really, but not *awful*.

Recipe Ingredients for Brownies w Greek Yogurt, Prunes & Almonds

1 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
6 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
5 oz Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt
2 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.13 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 cup, sliced Almonds
0.5 cup, pitted Prunes, Dried, Uncooked
0.5 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Brownies w Greek Yogurt, Prunes & Almonds

Preheat oven to 350. Finely chop prunes, & crush almonds; set to one side. Whisk dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients, except oil. Oil 8x8' baking pan; sponge excess w paper towel. Chuck everything in, bake 30 mins. Cool, cut & serve.
