Uses cocoa powder and yogurt in place of oil. also substituting 1 egg white instead of 2 whole eggs

Recipe Ingredients for brownie - low fat from recipe

3/4 cups flour
1/3 cups cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 2/5 teaspoon salt
2 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon safflower oil
1/2 cups Splenda brown sugar blend
1/2 cups Splenda
2 tablespoons fat-free yogurt
1 large egg white
1 large egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe Directions for brownie - low fat from recipe

  1. Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Melt chocolate chips without oil or butter substitute. Add melted chocolate to sugars

  2. Add egg whites and egg and yogurts and vanilla. Mix well. Spreade into a greased 8 by 8 square pan. Top with a few pecans and chocolate chips. If desired. Bake at 350 for 22 to 28 minutes. Typed into 12 servings
