small bite sized snacks full of nuts, dried fruits and cocoa!

Recipe Ingredients for "Brownie bits"

1 cup, whole Almonds
1/2 cup Raw Cashews
1/4 cup Flaxseed
1 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
1/2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 serving 65 % chocolate chips
5 raw dates

Recipe Directions for "Brownie bits"

  1. Combine nuts and flax seed in a food processor and process until finely ground and almost a flour-like consistency.

  2. Add remaining ingredients to the food processor and process until the dough just starts to come together. Start with 6 prunes and add more if the dough is still to loose.

  3. Dump dough into a small bowl.

  4. Roll into balls and place on a tray.

  5. Freeze for about 30 minutes.

  6. Press balls down with the back of a fork to get the cookie shape.

  7. Keep frozen or refrigerated.
