1 lb Brussels Sprouts, halved
3 tbsp Pine Nuts
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter

Recipe Directions for Browned Brussel Sprouts with pinenuts and cranberries

Brown halved Brussels Sprouts in 1/2 the butter, and a little olive oil. Sprinkle with Kosher salt. Add in pine nuts, cranberries, and remaining butter and toss. Season to taste with additional salt.
