Recipe Ingredients for Brown Turkey stew

3 pounds turkey
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 tsp salt
3 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp crushed red pepper
1 cup water
2 irish potato

Recipe Directions for Brown Turkey stew

  1. Make sure that turkey is cut-up. Use preferrably drumsticks. Rinse and put in pot.

  2. Cut up tomatoes, onion, green pepper and put in pot.

  3. Add salt, garlic powder and red pepper.

  4. ALSO, use 3 tbsp of browning (like kitchen bouquet).

  5. Mix well.

  6. Cut up potato small. this will help thicken stew.

  7. Mix well again.

  8. Add water. Use more if needed after it starts to boil.

  9. After it starts to boil, cook for 30 to 40 minutes.

  10. Taste to season more.
