Recipe Ingredients for Brown Sugar Glazed Butternut Squash

2 1/2 lb. butternut squash
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for Brown Sugar Glazed Butternut Squash

  1. Prepare pan. Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 425 degrees. Line rimmed backing sheet with foil and coat lightly with cooking spray. Roast by tossing squash in sugar, buter, salt and pepper in large bowl until well coated.

  2. Transfer squash to baking sheet.

  3. Roast stirring every 15 minutes until squash is well browned and completely tender, about 45 minutes.

  4. Transfer pan to wire rack, sprinkle squash with vinegar and stire to coat. Serve
