Recipe Ingredients for Brown sugar Banana Bread

2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp.baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups bananas, mashed
1/3 c. canola oil
1 egg
4 egg whites
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Recipe Directions for Brown sugar Banana Bread

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix first four ingredients in medium bowl. Set aside.

  3. In large bowl blend remaining ingredients with electric mixer.

  4. Add Dry to wet and mix well with a spoon.

  5. Bake in two greased loaf pans for 50-60 minutes.

  6. Makes 2 loaves, 16 slices each.
