Brown rice with mushrooms, spinach and capers 1/2 c serving

Recipe Ingredients for Brown Rich w/mushrooms

2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 small Onions
2 clove Garlic
1/2 cup Frozen Cut Leaf Spinach
2 medium Mushrooms
1 tbsp, drained Capers, Canned
16 oz Chicken 33% Less Sodium Broth Rtsb

Recipe Directions for Brown Rich w/mushrooms

Bring 1 TB evoo to heat and add chopped mushrooms and onions, saute a bit and add frozen spinach and chopped garlic. Add 1/4 white wine and cook down a bit then add chicken broth and capers. Bring to a boil, add rice and simmer covered until tender.
