Brown rice with lots of veggies my kids favorite along with some grilled chicken breast

Recipe Ingredients for Brown Rice and Veggies

352 4/5 grams Brown Rice
8 medium Carrots, Baby
2 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
10 medium Mushrooms
1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Brown Rice and Veggies

  1. In large sauce pan spray with cooking spray and a little water add carrots saute few minutes add onion and continue to saute few more minutes add mushrooms zuchhini and garlic spray again if need and add little water

  2. bring 3 cups water to boil add rice lower heat cover simmer 5 minutes shut off and allow to sit 5 minutes add rice to veggies mixture stir to combine add soy sauce and black pepper garlic powder and little red pepper flakes
