1 cup cooked brown rice
2 teaspoon olive oil
162 grams onion
147 grams mushrooms
1 teaspoon soy sauce
156 grams zucchini

Recipe Directions for Brown rice and veggies for 2

  1. (Use leftover brown rice)

  2. Saute onions in oil (preheated), then add zucchini, then mushrooms.

  3. Season w/ soy

  4. When done, mix in rice and cook until heated. Put in bowl, top with cheese(optional) and put in microwave for 30 seconds to melt.
