Brown Rice, Ground Turkey, veggies, Garlic Powder, Powdered Red Pepper, and Chinese Five Spice. Little oil in the pan to brown the meet and help the spices soak in.

Recipe Ingredients for Brown Rice Turkey Stir Fry

1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli
4 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
1 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
1 cup, diced Celery
1/2 cup slices Cucumber
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Brown Rice Turkey Stir Fry

  1. Cook meat in pan with little oil and seasoned to taste.

  2. Start boiling the rice in a separate pot.

  3. Add the veggies to the meat, add the ones that will take longest to soften first. Check seasonings to taste. Stir occasionally. Medium Heat. Use a lid to keep moister in the food and cook evenly.

  4. Once rice is cooked enough, drain it out and then add it to the pan with the veggies and meat. Stur together, add a few more seasons so they can soak into the rice. May need to add a touch more oil depending on how much was used at the beginning and the pan size, it shouldn't take much though.

  5. Stir throughly, put lid back on, let cook for a few more minutes till the seasons seem to have soaked into the rice.

  6. Let cool and serve.
