2 1/2 oz tofu
1 bell pepper
1 cup pineapple
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Brown Rice Tofu

  1. Cook rice separately.

  2. Stir all ingredients together on high heat, finishing with rice and peanut butter. Top with lime.
