Trying to cut back on the salt in this dish somewhat so it might taste a little bland. Pair it with some kind of fruit, like grapes for added flavor. Can substitute any veggies you want.

Recipe Ingredients for Brown rice stirfry

2 cups brown rice, cooked
1 zucchini, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup green peas
1 large carrot, diced
1 egg, cooked
1 tbsp soy sauce, low sodium
1 tbsp olive oil
1 black pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Brown rice stirfry

  1. 1. Heat wok with olive oil

  2. 2. cook onions

  3. 3. add other veggies, & garlic. Cook for a little

  4. 4. add rice, soy sauce. mix and cook.

  5. 5. add egg (or can fry egg seperately and then add in)

  6. 6. Once egg is cooked through, add pepper to taste and serve
