Recipe Ingredients for Brown Rice Stew

1 cup white rice
1 cup brown rice
2 cups water
3 cups mushroom stock
1/2 cup mung beans
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 oz firm tofu

Recipe Directions for Brown Rice Stew

  1. add rice, mung beans, oil, stock and water to a pot.

  2. bring to a boil them lower temp to simmer

  3. cook until all liquid is absorbed and rice and mung beans are soft.

  4. mix in sea salt or garlic
