2 cups cooked brown rice
137 1/2 g salmon
1/4 onion
2 stalks celery
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp basil

Recipe Directions for Brown rice and salmon salad

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together

  2. Mix oliveoil, vinegar and dijon mustard and shake well

  3. Add to dry ingredients and mix well
