Easy rice salad. Delicious with any additional veg, craisins, pine nuts, seeds. Add as you like.

Recipe Ingredients for Brown Rice Salad

2 cups brown rice
1 cup peas, frozen
4 stalks celery
1/4 cup green onions
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Brown Rice Salad

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions in water.

  2. Cook peas and add with celery adn green onions to rice.

  3. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour onto rice mixture.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Eat warm or cold.
