Recipe Ingredients for Brown Rice Salad

1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
6 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.25 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
1 oz Cashew Nuts
0.25 cup, with hulls, edible yield Sunflower Seeds
0.25 cup Parsley
2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
2 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 clove Garlic
30 grams Light Soy Sauce

cook rice and let cool, chop all ingredients and add to rice. mix dressing ingredient and add to rice mixture
