Recipe Ingredients for Brown Rice Rissotto

1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain
1.5 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium
1 onion Yellow Onion
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
12 5 spears Asparagus
2 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Brown Rice Rissotto

In a heavy lidded pot saute onions and asparagus until limp. Add brown rice and broth with equal amount of water (1/12 cups). Cook until it boils, turn down heat and simmer until rice is tender but there is still liquid in the pot. Turn off heat and let sit for 5 minutes, add cheese
