Recipe Ingredients for Brown rice pudding

100 g brown rice, raw
80 g oat bran, raw
100 g Apple Juice, Canned Or Bottled, Unsweetened
60 g raisins, seeded
60 g almonds
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Brown rice pudding

  1. bring rice to the boil.

  2. reduce heat & cover until cooked.

  3. Stir in the remaining ingredients.

  4. Cook for 5-10 more minutes.
