Recipe Ingredients for Brown rice pudding with banana, pear and cranberries

150 g brown rice
500 ml 1% milk
50 g brown sugar
410 g
200 g banana, roughly chopped
200 g pear, roughly chopped
50 g craisins
1 tsp mixed spice

Recipe Directions for Brown rice pudding with banana, pear and cranberries

  1. Half cook rice.

  2. Combine with everything except dried cranberries. Cook in a 160 * oven for 30 mins. Stir, and cook for another 30 mins. Add cranberries.
