380 grams brown rice, cooked
150 grams carrots, shredded
132 grams sharp cheddar cheese, grated
70 grams sunflower seeds, raw
74 grams sesame seeds, raw
31 grams pumpkin seeds, raw
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
180 grams almonds, slivered

Recipe Directions for Brown Rice Power Patties with Cilantro

  1. mix rice, cheese, carrots and seeds in large bowl

  2. Blend eggs, seasonings, cilantro, onions, with immersion blender. Add almonds and blend slightly leaving nuts for texture.
