I use Trader Joe's Brown Basmati Rice and also Trader Joe's Low Sodium Chicken Broth. Nutrition facts, especially sodium levels, will vary because of these specific brands. Goes great with turkey meatballs.

Recipe Ingredients for Brown Rice Pilaf

2 cups rice, brown
4 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup carrots, diced
1/4 cup onions, diced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 c. broccoli, chopped

Recipe Directions for Brown Rice Pilaf

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine all in a covered casserole and bake for 45 minutes.
